This was an absolutely delicious meal; easy to prepare and tantalizing aroma while simmering. Agree wholeheartedly with previous posts on reduced quantity of tomato sauce, appropriate spice level (1 Tbsp), and addition of diced tomatoes. Added chopped mushrooms last few minutes before serving over brown rice.

Brandied Orange and Cranberry Sauce

What a perfect compliment to a Thanksgiving dinner! Didn't have any brandy, though, but was still wonderful and had people fighting over the leftovers, and who got to take it home!

Monkey Bread with a Twist

We've tried many different monkey bread recipes and this one is a keeper! I know what I'm making when the kids come home from college! The apples really make this special and tasty!
