Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake

Made for PTO dinner and several people asked for th erecipe! It turned out great! I used 3/4 cup Libby's pumpkin pie mix as others suggested. and cooked it with a cookie sheet with water to prevent cracks. It was Yummy! I will make it again.

Corn Casserole I

Very good recipe. Used sweet corn bread for more flavor. Spiced it with white pepper and garlic. It was a crispy crust and sweet corn flavor. Will make again and again and again.....

Pumpkin Pancakes

This has been the best so far of all the pumpkin pancake recipes I have tried. The first time I tried it I did the recipe to the T but was way to heavy for me and not enough spice kick. The second time I made it I added an extra egg(which made them lighter) and used 1 1/2 teaspoons of pumpkin pie spice and a tablespoon of cinnamon used 2 tablespoons of brown sugar and 2 tablespoons of white sugar. Also a teaspoon of vanilla. Yummy!!!

Creamy Coconut Cake

I MADE THIS FOR MY BOSSES BIRTHDAY OFFICE PARTY AND WAS A HIT! THE ONLY THING IS THAT I COULD NOT FIND CREAM OF COCONUT:( BUT I PURCHASED COCONUT MILK INSTEAD. WHICH TASTED GREAT. AND USED YELLOW CAKE MIX INSTEAD OF WHITE. ALSO POKED HOLES IN THE CAKE WITH A STRAW WHICH WAS A GREAT SUGGESTION, SO THE SWEETENED MILK WOULD ABSORB MORE!!!!

Pumpkin Bundt Cake

I LOVE AUTUMN, ANYTHING WITH PUMPKIN I WOULD TRY. THE FIRST TIME I MADE THIS RECIPE WITH BUTTERSCOTCH PUDDING WHICH WAS GOOD. BUT THE SECOND TIME I MADE IT WITH PUMPKIN PUDDING FOR A MORE PUMPKIN TASTE WHICH WAS PERFECT!!

Basic Ham and Bean Soup

THIS WAS AN EXCELLENT RECIPE. I SOAKED THE BEANS OVERNIGHT AND PUT IN IN THE CROCKPOT. THE ONLY ADJUSTMENTS I MADE WAS TO ADD ONLY 3 CUPS OF WATER AND A CAN OF BEEFY MUSHROOM SOUP. EXCELLENT!!!!!!!

Turkey Brine

I USED THIS FOR THANKSGIVING AND ALSO ON CHRISTMAS (A LITTLE THREE LBS TURKEY), AND IT WAS GREAT!!! I DID USE ONLY 1 GALLON OF VEG BROTH AND 1 GALLON OF APPLE CIDER. LIKE THE OTHER REVIEWS IT DID COOK FASTER BUT WAS VERY TASTY!!!! WILL USE THIS ONE OVER AND OVER AGAIN!!!

Three Cheese Garlic Scalloped Potatoes

THIS WAS A GOOD RECIPE. THE ONLY THING DIFFERENT THAT I DID WAS BOILED THE POTATOES FOR 30 MINS TO SOFTEN THEM JUST ENOUGH TO CUT IN THE CASSEROLE DISH. CRUSHED THE GARLIC INSTEAD OF SLICING. GOOD FOR HOLIDAYS

Turkey Pot Pie III

THIS WAS AN EASY RECIPE FOR LEFTOVER HOLIDAY TURKEY. I USE CREAM OF POTATO AND ADDED 1 CUP OF CHEDDAR FOR A CHEESER TASTE!!!! I ALSO BRUSHED THE TOP OF THE CRUST WITH EGG FOR A GOOD GOLDEN BROWN LOOK:)
