These bagels were so easy to make-especially when the machine does most of the work! I colored them orange( food coloring in the water) for Halloween for my college student and her dorm mates. I need to figure out however how to make balls out of them after I cut them into 9 pieces-they were not very smooth on the bottom but looked great from the top. I added sesame seeds on half, but will use poppy seeds next time-black and orange make better Halloween colors. Will definitely make these again!
