Yummy Artichoke Dip
I made this today for a tasty football game munchie, I used what I had so I substituted 1/4 cup jalepeno's minced and a little juice from the jar instead of the can of chilies. I only have lite mayonaise and I used a 2/3 cup instead of a full cup, the jalepeno juice helped to make it creamy too, I also used 1 cup parmasagne instead of 1 1/2. It was excellent and even when it got cold we still enjoyed it. I always think it's unfair to review if you didn't follow the recipe, which I would have if I had planned ahead but this came out great.

Apple Pie by Grandma Ople
I made this today and it came out perfect. I followed the recipe exactly - no changes. I am so thankful that this recipe was shared so that I could learn to make it and I know I will make this every fall from now on. The filling itself was carmely and it made the pie come out so beautiful, I took a picture to share.

Chicken Pot Pie IX
It seems everyone modifies the recipe, including myself! I wanted a recipe where I could use my leftover rotiserrie chicken, I picked the chicken meat off and put in the pie pan lined with the unbaked crust. Then I boiled the chicken scraps for broth adding a little salt and pepper. I like to use leftovers for pot pie isn't that how they were invented! My favorite is broccoli, couple cubed potatoes, half onion, couple sliced carrots, parsley and a little grated cheese is good too. I put all in the dish, pour my strained broth over it and sprinkle some flour over it gently stiring in then cover with top crust. Cheap and Tasty, no canned junk.
