Supreme Strawberry Topping
This recipe is not confusing. It makes perfect sense. It's delicious just as it's written. Some people like to mix in fresh, uncooked and some people like it to be mushy and others enjoy it pureed or a little of each. I, personally, did everything but puree the sauce. But, I cooked all of the berries with the sugar and vanilla as written.

Italian Lemon Drop Cookies
This sounded yummy but didn't meet my expectations. I made the cookie recipe just as written. The cookie part is bland (not tasty without the sweetness from the icing) and it's more cakelike than cookie. Be careful when making the icing because it calls for 1/4 cup of milk but you only add 2 tbs to start and use the rest as needed. I did add a little corn syrup to help harden it and give it a little shine. I also added several drops of yellow food coloring because otherwise they are pretty plain looking. I wish they had been better.

Sour Cream Pound Cake
This was such an easy recipe. My 11 year old daughter could make it by herself with no help at all. Made 2 in springform pans and then sliced the cakes each in half and made a four layer strawberry triffle back inside the springform pan. After sitting in fridge for a couple of hours I popped the pan and put it on a plate for serving - beautiful. YUM! See Berry Bliss recipe for triffle recipe.
