Mom's Zucchini Bread

Awesome bread! I definitely ended up cooking it for 60 minutes, if not a little longer. I made no changes to the recipe at all though it it came out perfect and moist

Sugar Cookie Frosting

I used this frosting on some sugar cookies I made and it was extremely successful! Everyone loved the frosting. It spreads well and works well with food coloring.

Magic Cookie Bars II

One of my favorites! These taste great hot or cool after they have been stored in the fridge! I like a thicker crust so we use a smalled pan and adjust the coconut, chips, and milk.

Wow! I'm really just an amateur baker who does it on the weekends for fun. I'm usually not very good! However, everyone who is always very honest with me LOVED this bread! It came out perfect and we all thought it was better than the Starbucks pumpkin loaf!
