Easy Indian Butter Chicken
This was a great base for a butter chicken recipe. I substituted diced tomatoes and tomato paste for the tomato sauce, I cooked my chicken in butter and garlic and then poured the whole mess into the tomato sauce, used 2% milk to colour I liked, thickened it slightly with flour and let it go in 350 degree oven for 40 minutes.. I also didn't have garam so used curry, garlic, cinnamon, cumin to taste..always taste..It sounds like I changed a lot but the base is great to make it your own..Thanks

Prize Winning Baby Back Ribs
These ribs were amazing! The BBQ on low was about 250-300 degrees. I did open the lid once to put baked potatoes on and gave it an extra 5 minutes. Spices are just right and then brushed the bbq sauce on at end and gave it another 5 minutes to set. Thanks Bonnie, wouldn't change a thing and am thinking this combination will be good on chicken too!

This is easy and excellent. My kids are picky and they loved it. I was too lazy to skewer them so I just put it all in the fry pan. Tonight we're having it again. This time, I doubled the recipe and added 1/2 tsp of balsamic vinegar to the half I plan to freeze in the marinade. The balsamic should break down the fatty pieces of the tenderloin I bought. We'll see how that goes in a week or two.
