This was probably the best chicken I've made in a really long time. Very very good. It is going in our regular rotation. I don't keep bread crumbs in the house because of a dairy allergy, but I crushed up some wheat "Toppers" crackers to use instead. I bet the Garlic and Herb kind would be good, too. I also marinated in italian dressing for a couple of hours beforehand. Thanks for posting this!

Pasta e Olio

I made this with the recipe Garlic Chicken Fried Chicken. It was nicely complimentary with the chicken. I grew up in an italian household, but this was never on our menu. I'm not sure why not, because it was really good! Subtly flavored, not overpowering. You could probably add more spice if you are looking for stronger flavor and it would turn out fine, but I liked it just the way it is! My kids loved it,too.

Mom's Best Waffles

These were awesome!! I did add 1 tsp vanilla and 1 tsp cinnamon as someone else suggested, and it really made these waffles taste wonderful! The kids ate them up and asked for seconds!

Barbecued Ribs

This sauce was one of the best things I've cooked all year! The cooking time for the ribs was perfect, too. I may try the sauce for other dishes in the future, because I'm actually not fond of ribs... Give this one a try!

Red Potato Soup

This soup was good, but the liquid was too runny,and as someone else stated, the butter kept forming at the top. Next time I will try to make a roux and see if it does better! I also Sauted onion, garlic, and celery in the beginning.

Tangy Chicken Fajitas

This was awesome with the Spanish Rice II recipe. We chopped up the chicken and put the spanish rice with it on a burrito with some other toppings (lettuce, tomato, sour cream, taco sauce). My kids aboslutely loved it, and my husband commented that it was like Chipotle at home.

Chewiest Brownies

This is the perfect brownie recipe. I am on a dairy free diet, and I substitute the butter with the same amount of soy butter and it's perfect for my chocolate fix! Today I bought a boxed brownie mix and baked it. I am throwing it out and making these instead, because the mix is just awful!! Nothing compares to these!
