Buche de Noel

I made this for a Christmas dessert because I have a daughter who is gluten free. It was delicious but took too much time for me. I like something easy, but my daughter loved it. I would make it again if she wanted it!

Berdean's Cube Steak

This was easy and delicious. I cooked mine for only an hour and it was tender. I cooked it on medium for about 15 minutes. There was just enough gravy when I was finished... I would definately recommend this!
