For this recipe, I also used different suggestions from previous reviewers. I used butter and rubbed it all over the chicken and added 3 tsp in the cavity. I filled the cavity with lemon slices, 5 cloves of garlic, slices of oignon, salt and pepper, garlic salt and some sprigs of rosemary. I then put garlic salt (had no powder, salt, pepper, a little bit of thyme and paprika on the outside of the chicken. I then squeezed a little bit of fresh lemon juice over it and cut up small pieces of garlic over it. I really enjoyed the chicken, it was tasty, but I had to cook it approx 45 minutes longer than what was called for. I rated it a 4 only due to the cooking time.
