I'm a stay at home mom of 2 and 3 year old daughters. I have a passion for severe weather and photography. Each spring/summer I travel the Midwest in search of monster storms and some of the best diners around. I love to cook steaks and sausage. I have made up a dozen or so different recipes from just mixing flavors. My favorite thing to cook is Pineapple Sausage with Mango dressing. Family reunions are always fun. I enjoy cooking for large numbers of folks. I think my biggest cooking triumph was learning to can salsa,when I was 14 years old. Oh gosh, I grew up using a gas stove and until a few years ago thats all I used. My first Thanksgiving with an electric stove I burned the heck out of EVERYTHING!
