Spaghetti Pizza Lasagna

Reviewed: Sep. 2, 2009
The whole family loved it! Very kid friendly and very filling! We had a ton of leftovers that were promptly gobbled up the next day! The only change I made was to mix the mozzarella and cheddar cheeses together since it's all I had on hand. Great recipe!

Chicken and Bacon Shish Kabobs

Reviewed: May 28, 2009
Love it, Love it, Love it! I doubled the marinade, then put half in one freezer bag and half in the other. The first bag I used for the chicken, the second for the veggies. Makes for no mess clean-up too! Made some bobs chicken and potato for hubby, made others green pepper, pineapple, mushroom and chicken for myself. Very versatile, you can use anything! I also used the regular cut bacon, not the thick as others suggested.

Cola Pork Chops

Reviewed: Apr. 30, 2009
This recipe rocks!!! Like others recommended, I too rolled my chops in a mixture of flour with a little bit of black pepper and seasoned salt and browned them briefly on a grill pan. Very easy, very tasty!! I also doubled the sauce to serve over mashed potatoes. It was quite a bit of sauce so if you're doing a different kind of potato, it's probably not necessary to double the sauce. Definitely a keeper!

Taco Casserole

Reviewed: Apr. 4, 2009
Very easy, very good! Next time I might try adding some black beans or a few handfuls of frozen corn for some added flavor! This is a great recipe because you can pretty much put in whatever you want!

Cocktail Meatballs IV

Reviewed: Jan. 8, 2009
Made them in the crockpot for New Years' Eve and they were wonderful - even better the next day! The frozen pre-made meatballs work just as well going to the trouble of making your own, and sometimes even less expensive if you catch a sale! Even with the frozen you still use the same jelly/chili sauce/mustard quantities. Like another reviewer recommended I warmed the sauces in a pan on the stove to get the lumps out of the jelly and make it smooth, then poured it over the meatballs. Great recipe!

Old-Fashioned Scalloped Corn

Reviewed: Jan. 8, 2009
JUST LIKE MY GRANDMA USED TO MAKE! I made this for Christmas dinner to go with my ham and it got rave reviews. The only thing I changed was I used Ritz crackers instead of saltines which I think makes a world of difference!
