T's Sweet Potato Fries

Reviewed: Aug. 7, 2009
as per other reviewers' suggestions, i halved the precooking time in the microwave. my only suggestion is to omit the lemon pepper - made it much too spicy! otherwise delicious!

Crepes

So simple yet so fantastic! I put mandarin oranges and raspberries in one of mine (looked pretty and tasted delicious) and simply put powdered sugar on another. A refreshing alternative to pancakes. This is a versatile recipe that I'll use often!

Brownie Crackles

Reviewed: Apr. 15, 2008
Great! I followed the recipe exactly, except all I had was a 21 oz. box of brownie mix so I used that. I think it was for the best though since everyone else had to add extra flour. Also MAKE SURE TO ADD CHOCOLATE CHIPS!! It's not the same without them!

An okay snack, but definately doesn't deserve to be called a cookie.

Chocolate Surprise Cupcakes

Reviewed: Feb. 8, 2008
Not fantastic, but deliciously light and chocolately. The chocolate chips really make it! (I put the filling in between two layers of batter)

Pita Chips

Reviewed: Feb. 8, 2008
These were totally addicting! They had the perfect crunch and just enough flavor. Better than store-bought! For the ideal crispiness, make sure to cut them open so you have two round pita halves. If you make them this way, you also get more chips out of it!
