Apple Pie by Grandma Ople

My 13 year old daughter made this using store bought crust, came out pretty good. Deff. would be better with a homeaide crust though. Maybe next time

YUUUUMMMM!!This is so good!Did follow advice of another reviewer and put *little less than 1/2 the sugar *little less vinegar *double the starch *green onions instead instead of a yellow onion *added 4-6 slices of bacon *added relish to the dressing(to taste) The other reviewer said it was it was too die for and I agree hands down!

Super Sunday Chicken

easy and good!! added a can of crm. of chicken to the cream of mushroom and also added alittle chicken broth to the main dish. Covered for the 1st 30 min. as suggested. will make again

Southern Collard Greens

Hot Fudge Ice Cream Bar Dessert

using toffee pieces and carmel and fudge instead of peanuts/peanut butter/ and chocolate tasted much better to me. It was the icecream version of the "better then sex" cake

Old Fashioned Onion Rings

These are delicious!!!!!!I did add some garlic powder, cyenne pepper,and black pepper.(and adobo seasing, but I add that to almost everything,that is our personal taste) These were out the this world good!! I have never made onion rings before but now I don't think I will ever quit making them!!!

Bill's Sausage Gravy

I only give it 4 stars because I think I may have added too much salt. I added a little onion powder as suggested by another reviewer ans think that may have been what set it off. Kids still asked for 2nds but it could very well be that these are my mistakes and truly deserves 5 stars.

Chicken Cordon Bleu II

This was very good and not too hard to prepare. Made it first time and everyone liked. 2nd time I put 2x more ham and swiss on inside and got twice the complaments. I used chicken broth instead of wine sence I didn't have any and was still good. Sause was exellant. This is a new favorite for sure

Hamburger Potato Casserole

I actually would give this recipe a 4.5. I used added 1 can cream of celery with the cream of mushroom and added a dab of sourcream. I didnt have any milk so I subbed with a little water and it was fine. ALso, adding some adobo seasoning, garlic, onion, cuman, and salt/pepper to the meat turned out really well. You can also easily change up the cheeses as well, I have used colby and also have used mexican (w/o the seasoning) and both turned out fine. This is a good recipe to use up things around the house.

Pancake and Sausage Casserole

It is pretty good. Its easy and the kids liked it, I would just double the amount of sausage next time. It was really good served with eggs. I think the biggest perk to this recipe is that it is simple and can be served for any meal. Also, it is good topped with maple syrup.

BBQ Glazed Homemade Meatballs

I have never rated a recipe from the internet before but this recipe was SOOO GOOD! It was pretty easy and everyone loved it! I did use only 1/2 Cup brown suger and worsashire/soy sauce instead of liquid smoke (1-1/2 tblsp. soy and about 3 slashes of worsteshire). I added an extra half cup of ketchup. Also, I cooked for only 45 min.
