This chicken was good, but not terribly flavorful. I rubbed the chicken inside and out with a paste of crushed garlic, fresh lime juice, salt and pepper. It had to cook much longer than and hour and a half - in fact, closer to 3 and a half hours. BUT - I will probably make it again because it was fairly easy and tasted just as good as a rotisserie chicken bought from the supermarket.
