Blueberry Pie

I was not very pleased with the final turnout of this pie. Even after adding an addition 3 Tablespoons of cornstarch it was still very runny and bubbled over. Boy, was that fun to clean up! The 425 recommendation for baking I felt was way too high so I baked mine on 375 for 55 minutes. The edges were getting too brown otherwise I would have let bake an additional 10 minutes as the middle was still a bit soggy. Overall, it wasn't horrible, as we still ate it. I will play around with it or find another recipe. Thanks for the post though!

Make-Ahead Baked Egg Sandwiches

These were good, quick and easy to assemble. Unfortunately, I have found it difficult to reheat after taking out of the freezer. I have had to defrost for up to 2 minutes, then heat for 45 seconds, and then have to heat the egg an additional 25 seconds for it to even be warm. A lot of work to heat it up, but the taste is good. The tricky part is getting the whole sandwich warm without melting away all the cheese or causing the english muffin to become hard. Good luck!

Quick and Easy Home Fries

Worked perfectly! I have never covered my home fries before while cooking, but I will from now on. Did exactly as the recipe stated.
