Creamy Goat Cheese and Honey

Reviewed: Nov. 16, 2010
YUMMY! I made these for a baby shower and they were a huge hit!! Everyone wanted the recipe. I made 1 inch balls and smaller and arranged them in a (pretty) pile on a plate. Some guest ate the whole ball while others spread them on crackers or fruit.

Awesome and Easy Creamy Corn Casserole

Reviewed: Dec. 31, 2009
Served with ham on Xmas Eve and whole family loved it! Used all FF sour cream and frozen corn (hate the way canned corn smells). Also, Jiffy brand cornbread is the correct size, the bagged kind dont have enough.

Cranberry Bars

Reviewed: Jan. 2, 2009
These were good, but I wouldnt call them bars as this is a cake recipe...doesnt resemble cake whatsoever. I made it twice and settled on using half the batter in a bundt cake, top with cranberry sauce and add rest of batter. Marble the top and cook. Wait until completely cooled to cut or remove. It is very good any way you cook it "bars" or cake.

Amish Breakfast Casserole

Reviewed: Jan. 2, 2009
Very good, I did make a few minor changes...I decreased the cheese a little, used sausage instead of bacon, added some green pepper with the onion and used fresh shredded potatoes instead of packaged.(shredded with food processor and rinsed until the water runs clear). I had to cook it about an hour and a half..very good and even better the next day.

Excellent! I warmed the milk and then added it all to the bread machine under the dough cycle. I didnt have the cake yeast so I used 1 1/2 Tblspn as anotehr reviewer suggested. Once the dough was complete I put a towel over it and let it rise. Dived it and let it rise again, baked then enjoyed! The whole family loved em!
