American Potato Salad

Reviewed: Jun. 21, 2014
Yummy dish Joslyn! I left the skin on the potatoes. I also added a bit of mustard, dill relish, parsley and bacon to put it over the top. Everyone loved it, will make again too!

Hot and Sour Soup

Reviewed: Jun. 21, 2014
Love this soup, I had no idea I could make my own so easily! I did decrease the recipe for the two of us but forgot to reduce the egg! No matter, it was great and we both enjoyed this with Asian Lettuce Wraps, rice and frozen egg rolls. Will be making this often! Thanks Christina!

I really like the touch of cream cheese with tuna. As the footnotes suggested, I made it my own. Added minced onion, sweet pickles, and almonds. Thanks Joan!

Barbie's Tuna Salad

Quick and easy with a twist on the usual. Great on crackers or bread. I used a little less mayo, the can of tuna I used was only 5 ounces.

Chocolate Pudding Shots

Reviewed: May 23, 2014
Really good treat for the adults! Oops, when I printed the recipe there was a different description. I'll know next time to put them in the proper container AND in the freezer. I did put my plastic shot glasses into a plastic dish with a cover and stored in the fridge. It was soupy when we got to it but everyone still loved the treat. Thanks holly!

Sweet Sriracha Chicken

We loved this dish. Thighs work as well as breast. I made this in a cast iron skillet but made a note to use a non-stick skillet next time. Served it with rice and a salad.

This is good soup. I really wish we got better, fresher, cheaper lobster here but I did find whole/cooked tails on sale which work great for this. I added a pinch of Old Bay too.

Oh my goodness, this is heaven on a plate. I had never eaten or cooked sea bass and had no idea it was this good. It was too cold outside to grill so I broiled it instead.

Indonesian Satay

Love this wonderful recipe. Too cold to grill so I broiled them. I used extra chunky peanut butter. I subbed ketchup for the tomato sauce, out of peanut oil so I used 1 teaspoon sesame oil and 2 teaspoons canola oil. Served with Basmati rice and peas. This will be made often!
