Garlic Dill Burgers

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2015
Interesting little burger! I did reduce the dill weed and garlic powder by half, but didn't hardly notice the dill weed. I broiled in the oven since it is too cold to grill. Very juicy burger! Thanks Martin!

Hot Baked Taco Dip

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2015
Easy, ingredients all on hand, AND very good! I really wanted to add a jalapeno, thought about garlic, my imagination seemed to be working for a change. In the end, I like to make the real recipe as is so the only "change" was making my own Taco Seasoning and I had no tomatoes so I opened a can of stewed tomatoes and used that. I sprinkled a few green onion pieces on top after it came out of the oven for a little color pop. TERRIFIC! I wouldn't change anything, a nice kick without burning. I served with Fritos. Thank you shae! photo by Lucky Noodles, #MyAllrecipes #AllrecipesFaceless

Stuffed Cream Cheese Mushrooms

Reviewed: Jan. 10, 2015
I really liked these! There was a lot of filling so you may need more mushrooms depending on the size. IMHO they do need a bit of color, maybe chives, red/green pepper, paprika on top or parsley. I added little drops of hot sauce since I like spicy. It added color and an extra zip. Great appy, thanks Lindsay! #MyAllrecipes #AllrecipesFaceless

Chocolate Peanut Butter Blossom Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 28, 2014
We loved these gems! My oven is off but they came out perfect in 10 minutes. I only made a half batch following the recipe exactly except I used Milk Chocolate Kisses. The first batch rolled nicely, I should have chilled the remaining dough with a cover. Loved the rolled sugar and using the Reynolds Parchment Paper! Will make these again:)

Never-Ever-Fail Meringue

Reviewed: Dec. 12, 2014
I managed to mess up right from the start! I had four egg whites and of course the last one had a broken yolk. This meringue still delivered a terrific topping to Grandma's Lemon Meringue Pie by Emile S. on this site. Cannot wait to make this again, thanks Carol!

Wonderful pie! I made it the day before and chilled the filling before I added the meringue. I did try the Never-Ever-Fail Meringue by Carol on this site (I HAD to be sure!). Will make this again, one of my dad's favs!

Grandma Rita's Soft Butter Rolls

These are so good. I don't always do very well with yeast and these turned out pretty good even though I over baked them a bit. Thanks Lela! UPDATE 2014, even better this year, I'm getting used to yeast:)

So happy I tried this, THANK YOU Semigourmet! I loved it and was thrilled my mom said I had finally come closer to my grandmother's recipe than anyone has! It was requested for the next family gathering. I didn't change a thing ;)

Lasagna Alfredo Roll Ups

Wow, everyone kept eating and eating with noises of approval between bites. One taste tester asked for the recipe for her a birthday dinner the following week! Leftovers reheated well in the oven. I did freeze some so I'll let you know how they are from the freezer:)

Fruit Cobbler from Mott's®

Reviewed: Nov. 20, 2014
Yummy treat! I made a half recipe in a glass loaf pan. I did not grease the pan but it came out just fine. Used frozen blueberries and took the advise of other reviewers to reduce the applesauce in the fruit by half. With a spoon I dropped the topping onto the fruit mix and then smoothed it to evenly cover the fruit. A dashing of cinnamon over the topping made a pretty little loaf! Served warm with whipped cream, YUM, will make again! #AllstarsMazola

Pork Chops with Apple Sauce and Onions

Reviewed: Nov. 12, 2014
Tasty dish for a fall comfy dinner. I did cut the applesauce in half. Only change would be to cut the onions thicker, not thin as they disappeared.
