Campbell's Kitchen Beef Wellington

Excellent! I made this last night. Followed the recipe to the "T". It came out absolutely perfect. Myself, guests and husband loved it. Tonight my husband is still raving about how great the Beef Wellington was. I put the mushrooms and onion in the food processor and really gave them a good dice. The reason I did this was because my niece does not like the texture of mushrooms. She loved it.

Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes

This is a great recipe. This was the first time I have ever made scalloped potatoes from scratch and I used to small a dish, so it was stuffed to the top and needed more cooking time than the 45 minutes. Will use this recipe again, but in larger 9x13 glass dish. My family really liked it. >^..^

EZ PZ Meat Loaf

Well I have found the right meat loaf recipe. This was great, even my husband liked it. I liked the use of stuffing instead of oats. I put two bacon slices on top. This recipe also makes "THE" best meat balls. I will be making it again. >^..^

Italian Spaghetti Sauce with Meatballs

This a a great spaghetti sauce. I used crushed tomatoes in stead of whole. I will use this sauce recipe again. Good flavor. For my meatballs I used the recipe "No-Fuss Meat Loaf" (cut it in half..12 meatballs) found on this site. Makes excellent meatballs. Try it. >^..^

White and Wild Rice Pilaf

Excellent rice, everyone enjoyed this one. I put all the vegetables in food processor to make it faster and really get it chopped up. 1-2-3 it was very easy to make, and got requests to have it again. Great flavor. >^..^
