A strange recipe from start to finish. I will not make this again.

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Great muffins, even without the topping. I yielded 12, baked for 18 min. I will make only 1/2 of the topping next time or just sprinkle with cinnamon sugar blend.

Cooking time is way too long; meat was tender, but dry. Flavor was ok. Try Foster Farm's Simmered Chinese Chicken instead.

Felix K.'s 'Don't even try to say these aren't the best you've ever eaten, because they are' Chocolate Chip Cookies

An excellent recipe for chewy cookies. They keep well, if you have any leftovers. I made some large, as directed, but prefer them smaller so I can eat more and have more to share. Don't tell people you made them or they'll bug you for more.

Spinach Quiche

The feta cheese taste was too strong and overpowered everything else. Followed other reviews to add less butter and milk.

Yummy. Definitely use the Eclairs II icing, it gives it that little chocolate boost. A bit messy, I'll try the pie pan version next time.

Dinette Cake

A nice, PLAIN white cake. Very fluffy, and a good base for a flavorful frosting. I used it for a homestyle jello cake made with gelatin and fresh lilikoi juice. Would also be good with strawberries & whipped cream. A nice size for a family dessert.

This is the recipe on the Knorr Vegetable Soup package! Use less sour cream and mayo.

Delicious for adults, but my kids don't like it. I used substituted balsamic vinegar for the white wine vinegar.

Pumpkin Cake III

Reviewed: Apr. 25, 2008
Very, very moist and delicious. Does not need frosting! I used applesauce--3/4 cup and 1/2 cup oil. I added 1/2 tsp. ground cloves, and 1/4 tsp. ground ginger. My entire family loved it, even my 5 and 2 year olds! Baked as a bundt cake for 45 minutes, or yields approximately 28 muffins (3/4 full), baked for 18-20 minutes.
