I love both gormet and colloquial foods, southern cooking, Cuban cooking is a favorite too, My Italian dishes, I have been repedetly told by Italians, "tastes like my grandmother cooked this." I love cooking French specialties, and I love making a nice roast with Yorkshire pudding.

I followed a 200 year old recipe for Cracker Jack, it turned out to be a big grease ball, it was quite unedible!
