Sweet and Sour Pepper Pork
Very nice. Everyone seems to like this. It is easy to make also. I have had to substitute rice wine vinegar for the white wine several times and it was still good.

Singapore Noodles
This was a great recipe. It reminded us of our time in Singapore. I added about 2 tablespoons oyster sauce with the soy sauce and garnished it with sliced green onions instead of the Chinese chives our cook used to garnish it with.

Green Bean Curry
Wow! The taste of Asia! Thanks for the great recipe. We didn't have the curry leaves and I used only about 1 teaspoon of the lime juice but it smelled and tasted just like we were back in Asia.
