About this Cook
My favorite things to cook
COOKIES! My boyfriend has given me the nickname Coo-mo (Cookie Monster)Because after every meal i HAVE to have chocolate (preferably in the form of a cookie) I Absoloutely love baking... And im getting so much better at cooking actual food! I love cooking Pasta and trying different types!
My favorite family cooking traditions
Every year my Grandmother makes Chocolate ball cookies and Sugar Cookies with cinamon candies on top. Everyone else begs her to make them throughout the year, but they are only a special Christmas treat.. I always hide about a dozen to take home with me! She refuses to give me the recipes! I'll get them from her one day!
My cooking triumphs
Making Chicken Cordon Bleu! My boyfriend was so impressed! This past weekend i made 5 different kinds of cookies and popcorn balls for a superbowl party.. I would definitely call that a triumph!

Peanut Butter Cup Brownies
This recipe was great! I did change one thing though. It says to add the reeses at the top, I put it in the middle of the "cupcake." Definitely a good idea! My sister is a Reeses fanatic, so i figured she would enjoy these, and did she! Half of them are gone already! My only complaint is they dont stay good for too long, so make only if you know people will eat them up in a day or two!

Chocolate Chip Krispies
The idea of this recipe is good however, it needed some tweaking. I didnt have rice krispies on hand, but i had fruity pebbles! First off, i cut the recipe in half, the full one would have made WAY to many! I also only added 1 cup of chocolate chips not 2, which would have been way too much! After baking, they turned out great! Colorful and delicious! Personally, i would have added more Fruity Pebbles to get more of a crunch. Definitely making again... with more fruity pebbles and less chocolate chips!

Cake Mix Cookies VII
My boyfriend isnt abig fan of chocolate, i personally cant go a day without it. I decided to try these to satisfy his sweet tooth.. DELICIOUS! The batter is a little greasy and crumbles a bit when placed on the baking sheet. I just add sprinkles to make them look a bit more colorful... Overall, very good! Definitely making again.
