Fruit Pizza

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2009
I absolutely love this dessert! I love the crust, but skipped the glaze. I covered the strawberries and blueberries with about 2 tablespoons of sugar before arranging them on the pizza to take away some of their tartness. I pressed the crust in a circle on a baking sheet because I don't have apizza pan and it worked perfectly.

Awesome, but time consuming. Need to try to find another way to dry the fruit.

Cream Cheese Candies

Reviewed: Feb. 14, 2012
Love this recipe, though I'm not a fan of mint. I just used vanilla and they turned out great. I divided the dough into 3 sections. I left 1 section white, tinted 1 pink and 1 red. I rolled each color into long, skinny logs. Then i gently pressed and rolled the 3 logs into one log and sliced them into sweet Valentine's candies. My kids did the tinting and rolling. It was just like play doh and they loved it.

Thin Mint Crackers

Add some vegetable shortening to chocolate and don't add mint until it's already melted. Freeze the pan before making them. Start with a small amount of mint...you can always add more and it's potent.
