About this Cook
I am a young mother of two wild children. Sometime I don't feel like I have time to cook, so I love quick recipes. My daughter is just getting old enough to help me so that makes it a lot of fun.
My favorite things to cook
Anything!!
My favorite family cooking traditions
My mom's side is Mexican so I've made that since I was little. I don't think I could write a recipe for enchiladas or tamales. I have no idea how much of anything I put in, I just know what looks right. My dad's side is German, so my grandmother taught me how to make beirocks, which I love and eat way too many of. It feels really cool to make these family recipes for my man and our kids.

Campbell's(R) Tuna Noodle Casserole
I only use one can of soup because if it's too creamy my kids don't like it as well. I also add velveeta in the casserole with dried minced onions, and crushed potato chips for the topping. I do not use peas because none of us like them! Very good classic recipe!

Restaurant-Style Potato Skins
Made these for SuperBowl party. They were good and easy to make. My two year old helped my put the cheese and bacon on them!

Restaurant-Style Buffalo Chicken Wings
Absolutely wonderful! I made these for my SuperBowl party. I should have made the whole ten pound bag I bought! I made some buffalo wings and some bbq wings. After I put the sauce on them I popped them in the oven for 5-10 min at 350. So good!!
