Chocolate Turtles(R) Cheesecake I
I lost my recipe and this is just like mine...whenever i make it it's a big hit and goes FAST!! Enjoy. just a side note, toast pecans for 10 minutes first and put crust in oven for 5 min before adding ingredients! It's awesome!

Easy Sugar Cookies
Was a big hit for playgroup cookie decorating. i like them more fluffy but these were a little crunchy (could have been my own fault) but were very tasty. i ran out of sugar and substituted powdered sugar and was still great! (remember 2 cups p. sugar = 1 c white sugar. Thanks

Old Fashioned Coconut Cream Pie
I split half and half and 2% milk and split flour and cornstarch. I had never made coconut cream pie before and I bought a coconut and looked up a recipe. I wanted to make if fresh and this recipe is AWESOME! I didn't try it the way it says I read the reviews and did what the pros said. My husband and friends loved it. it's really rich. For the topping I made fresh whipping cream and added sugar and coconut flakes...It's soooooo good! Use it...oh, it did take a while stirring but not that bad and as long as you keep the temp on medium and keep stirring it's about 10 min or so. It's totally worth it. Bon Apetite!
