Pumpernickel Spinach Dip II
This was very easy to make, however I thought this recipe was somewhat bland. I added 4oz. of cream cheese and a little bit of garlic salt and it definitely added more flavor.

Smokin' Scovilles Turkey Chili
This is the recipe I used for the first time making chili at home and won't use any other one. This chili has some "kick" to it, so it's not for the meek. I followed it pretty much to the T, however my husband likes his chili with a little more sauce so I added more tomato sauce than what is called for in this recipe. I also used canned spicy chili beans drained instead of plain kidney beans. It's delicious either slow cooked or cooked over the range. Serve with a scoop of sour cream and shredded cheddar on top with baked pita bread on the side.

Grandma's Gingersnaps
I made these for my husband, not a cookie fan, but he loved these! I made no substitutes for this recipe and followed it exactly. They were still very good and soft the next day. Mmmmmmmmmmmmm........
