Herbed Rib Roast

The roast was ok. I would use more herbs next time and not cut into the meat. Also, I think I would cover it at least until half way. Overall, we enjoyed this roast....just needed tweeking. :)

Savory Pork Roast

Awesome! This recipe was amazing! My husband took a piece while he was cutting it and exclaimed...YUM!!! The only thing that I would take note of is that it takes alot longer to cook. My roast was not quite 4 lbs, and it ended up taking 3 hours (at that temp) to bring it up to an internal temp of 145 degrees. I did let it rest, it came up to 160 degrees, but I will def put this on in the middle of the afternoon next time. We ended up eating later than we normally do. It was worth the wait though! I served it with cresent rolls and roasted red potatoes. I will definately serve this again!!! :)

Easy Lasagna I

This recipe was wonderful...except....it took longer to cook the noodles. I ended up cooking it for 2 hours. It could have used more sauce, but was ok with what it called for. I added it to my "Box", so I will make it again. Overall....good recipe!

Best Ever Blueberry Cobbler

This is a great recipe for the novice cook. There isn't alot of room to mess it up and it tastes wonderful. I tend to like my Cobbler a little sweeter, so if I were to add anything, it would be more sugar. You could also sprinkle sugar on it after it is cooked. I added Vanilla Ice Cream to it while it was still warm....best way to enjoy it!!! Great Recipe!

Sweet, Sticky and Spicy Chicken

This was a great recipe! I took the other reviewers' advice and dredged the chicken through flour before cooking it. This helped (a lot) in thicking the sauce. I only added a tbls of Frank's hot sauce and thought it was still a little too spicy. Would be great with cashews and veggies. Overall, I thought it was a wonderful, easy week night recipe!! Thank you!!

Soft Sugar Cookies IV

Well...with all the great reviews, I thought this would be "the one". Unfortunatly, I was a little off. Let me start by saying I followed the recipe exact. I had a hard time getting the dough to come together. When I baked them, they didn't hardly rise at all. I had a little difficulty in knowing when they were done and had to break a couple of them apart to check. Unfortunatly, about an hour after they cooled, my son tried to eat one and threw it away because it was too hard. This recipe was a bust for me. Like I said, I followed the recipe exact and for some reason it just didn't work. Needless to say, I am still looking for the best soft sugar cookie.
