This recipe is so good! My family loves this recipe! I am watching my calories and my DH is diabetic, so this was PERFECT for us!
I added a little soy sauce, worcestershire sauce & then to get in some more veggies I added green onion, yellow onion & spinach, all finely chopped. (I didn't have any parsley). I forgot to add the bread crumbs the first time I made these and they still held together & did not fall apart. The second time I made these with the bread crumbs and I honestly couldn't tell the difference. They were delicious both ways! It tastes like beef...only better I think! Thanks so much for the recipe!
