I make this so often that I know the recipe by heart. It is my fathers favorite pie EVER. Every time I go to see him I bring 3 pies. 2 for him and 1 for everyone else. Lol. Thank you for such a wonderful recipe that will live on in my family too!

Bolognese Sauce

Creamiest Rice Pudding

This rice pudding is PHENOMENAL! There needs to be a million star option! No kidding! I am sitting here eating it as I type, and warm at that....so delicious! I tweaked it a little based on the reviews I read. I added a 1/3 cup sugar, and only used 2 eggs. I also tempered the eggs. The result is fabulous, I will make this again and again...thanks for sharing it with us! :)

Apple Stuffed Chicken Breast

My family and I just finished eating and I had to run to the computer to review!! This recipe was phenomenal! I had to use a little more liquid to adjust the sauce thickness, but other than that, it was great. I will be making this again!

Easy Pancakes

We made these pancakes and didn't realize the batter would be so thick, but surprisingly enough, they turned out delicious! I would definitely make them again.
