Very tasty and almost taste like restaurant eggplant dishes (but less greasy). Here are some tips I gathered from other reviews: -Double the sauce -Used rice wine vinegar instead of red wine -Can substitute 2 tbsp of flour for 1 tbsp cornstarch -Cut chile pepper in half, remove seeds, then slice -Sauteed with 2 cloves of garlic and some onions -Spray eggplant with oil

Grilled Salmon I

Delicate flavor that gets rid of the fishy taste/smell. Following tips in other reviews, we wrapped them in foil packets and baked it in the oven at at 425 for about 15 minutes. Coming from someone who doesn't really like salmon, this was the best salmon dish we've ever made!

Quick and Easy Chicken Noodle Soup

I used a rotisserie chicken to add flavor to the broth. I also used a mixture of low sodium chicken and vegetable broth to make it less salty. I cooked egg noodles separately and heated it up with the soup when I wanted to eat it. It was very soothing and got lots of compliments on it.
