After reading other reviews, I cut up the chicken, dredged it in flour, and browned it in a dutch oven. I took the chicken out before it was completely cooked and prepared the sauce in the same pan, which I doubled. After it thickened slightly, I put the chicken back in and simmered it until the chicken was cooked through. I used siracha hot sauce and it was pretty spicy! I also served it over Asian Coconut Rice from this site, and I felt like I was eating authentic ethnic food. It was a great pairing!! I will definitely make this again.
