Beef Stroganoff II

We thought this was excellent! We did as others suggested and added fresh sliced mushrooms. I didnt use the flour and used 2 cans on cream of mushroom and 4 oz of sour cream then added a little bit of white cooking wine. I already have people asking for the recipe!

Laurie's Shepherd's Pie

This was great! I didnt watn to spend the time making my own mashed potatoes so I used Betty Crocker Sour Cream and Chive instant and added extra milk so I could "spread" them on the top. I love that this recipe call for a crust! I am so used to just using mashed potato for the crust and everyone in my household loved having an actual crust! Also, I used the deep dish pie crust and I had enuf beef filling for 2 pies so I doubled the corn and the mashed potatoes and then sprinkled a little shredded cheese on top. I also baked these at 400 degrees for about 35 to 40 minutes!Thanks for the great recipe.

Scalloped Corn III

MMMM this was so good...the only reason I gave it a four star was because I made 2 little modifications. First, I cut the crackers in half and then added shredded cheese. I also topped with a sprinkle of shredded cheese the last 10 minutes of baking. Thanks for a great recipe!

Chicken Enchiladas I

Oh my gosh! These were great! Instead of cubing the chicken I boiled the chicken breasts in chicken broth for 15-20 minutes and then shredded it. I also noticed as others did that this makes about 11-12 enchiladas, which by the way, were completely gone after my husband and one of his buddies tasted the first one on their plate! Excellent recipe!
