My favorite things to cook
I love to cook anything, espically things that I haven't done before.
My favorite family cooking traditions

My cooking tragedies

Pineapple Cookies III
they came out nice. What I did different however was add the orange juice and zest to the mix and then added 1/4 cup extra flour to make up for the orange juice I put in. Then for the topping I used orange juice, powder sugar and Pinapple extract from watkins, and a little zest from the orange. much better flavor, other wise they are kind of bland.

Harvest Loaf Cake
Good recipe! I have made it twice now. The 1st time I made it just as it said, but the second time, I thought I'd try pumpkin pie spice instead of all the spices it called for, the cinnamon added a really nice flavor, I think I'll do it that way from now on. :-)

Blonde Brownies V
This was a very dense spongy texture, but the flavor was great. A VERY sweet brownie, so it is eaten in moderation. Instead of the vanilla extract, I used Butterscotch, also I used plenty of walnuts ontop b4 baking, not mixed in, and they came out great. Very sticky, hard to get out of the pan. But overall good flavor, everyone loved them.
