Soft Breadsticks

These weren't soft. But overall they are worth making, if you add a little flavor. They were not very tasty without extra butter and garlic added into the mix.

Easiest Peanut Butter Fudge

So easy. It practically made itself. It was the best peanut butter fudge I've ever had. It only costed about $4.00 for the ingredients, and made 15 huge pieces. Locally, fudge is over $9.00 a pound, and this made several pounds and was way better!

Brown Sugar Chops

Mine looked nothing like the submitted picture. Just what IS that stuff on top of her pork chops??? Once the brown sugar and margarine melts, it just gets absorbed. Mine were a bit dry too, even though I used more brown sugar and more margarine than recipes asks for. I would recommend this, but decrease the cooking time, unless your pork chops are whoppers. My whole family did enjoy them.

White Frosting

This turned out perfectly. It is not very sweet, so it's great for people who don't like REALLY really sweet frosting. I followed directions and it is fine. It DOES lack a lot of tast, but what do you expect from white frosting? This frosting in my opinion is best on rich cakes.

Everything went fine in preparing as given. I really liked it better without the dipping sauce. It is a very good appetizer or party food. It was a bit too monotonous to be a main dish though.

Fudge Brownies

The other person who posted MUST have done something wrong. Mine turned out almost perfect. The baking time was too long for my oven though. I still prefer to frost them, but they were very good. Cake-like brownies. These were not the chewy super moist brownies. Easy to cut and serve. Very good, but needs frosting if you like your brownies really sweet.

Fantastic Green Rice Dish

This smelled so good cooking! It needed a ton of salt, after it was already baked. Also, the very top of the casserole was slightly hard-crunchy, from not being covered. I would suggest covering it with foil 1/2 way through baking. I think it needs more cheese too. It wasn't quite as moist as I woul have liked. If you make this and fine tune it, you'll probably really love it!

Cabbage Rolls II

No problems at all with recipe. Of course, I've made this type of recipe before and knew how to properly cut the cabbage leaves. You need to trim the "spine" of the thickest center part, in order for it to cook, and to bend, when you roll them up. They were so delicious!

Antojitos Minis

These "taste" good, but of course, anything with cheese will taste good. I made these, and because of the tomato and salsa, they were a runny mess. Too much of a sloppy mess. Not a good finger food, because the base was too thin and soggy, because of all the goodies heaped on it. Like I said, they tasted fine, but were too small/soggy/drippy to do it again.
