I made this three times, without the processor, just plain old mixing of dry and then wet....I even doubled up one batch and it is truly a beautiful tasting scone. Mildly sweet, great texture and a great scone plain or dressed up. Thank you. This will be my one and only. BTW, I used fresh cheese and plain yogourt instead of sour cream all times and it is magnificent.
