Simple Pork Rib Dry Rub

DefInately a spicy rub. When cooking on the stove the spitting oil was something akin to pepper spray. Both my wife and I had coughs until the air cleared. Honestly, from what I understand about grill rubs is that they are supposed to accent the meat and this rub over powered any natural juices. I love spice and that's why I gave it a 3 stars otherwise it isn't quality competition rub. Good for home grillers w a taiste for spice.

Perfect Apple Pie

This is delightful. I switched it up with 4 cups of apples and 3 cups of blueberries. Everything else was the same. My wife told me that it's hands down the most delightful pie that I've ever made (and I like making pie). I would recommend it!

Baked French Fries I

Really good! I didn't have onion or garlic powder so I left them out and then sprinkled the works with salt to taste after they were cooked. It turned out delicious and it was super easy too.

Grilled Buffalo Wings

I really liked this recipe! It was delicious and tasty and the sauce was simply delicious! I think that the chicken didn't really get anything out of being on the grill honestly, I was expecting a subtle smokey flavor but all that I tasted was the sauce. None the less, it was delicious.

Delicious! Could due with not being as sweet though. Next time we make this recipe we are going to cut the sugar in half and see how that is. It is wonderfully flavorful if you have a sweet tooth ;)

Ricotta Pie (Old Italian Recipe)

Amazing pie! I love the soft sweet flavor until you bite into a chocolate chip. Delicious! All that I can recommend is not to make it as a deep dish pie because it take too long to cook and the crust either gets too stiff or it burns.

Baked Garlic Parmesan Chicken

My girlfriend thinks that this recipe deserves 3 stars but I think it was better than that... She and I both agree that it didn't have enough flavor and that a bit more garlic would help a lot. Also, the mix doesn't promote moist chicken. Definitely watch it so that it doesn't dry out on you...

I really liked this pie but my girlfriend didn't so much... I guess it's your choice. I would make it again. As for this pie it was really filling! It's a great dinner pie

Frozen Cranberry Velvet Pie

When we made this pie it was way too sweet so we added about 3 tsp's of lime juice to even it out. Even with the adjustment the pie wasn't anything that stood out to us... We probably will never make this recipe again
