Mall Pretzels

Reviewed: Jul. 28, 2011
love these pretzels, but instead of dipping them in the baking soda soultion, I just take 1 cuo very hot water and add the 2 tbs baking soda to the cup , then take a brush and dip it into the cup and brush all the pretzels with that. And allways cook them on parchment paper. works just as well as dipping them with out all the mess.

High Temperature Eye-of-Round Roast

Reviewed: Jul. 18, 2010
wow, this was wonderfull, did like suggested, let the meat come to room temp, used montreal steak seasoning, kosher salt, worshire ,garlic. Delish.I have a gas oven , so I did not turn off, just turned down low, cooked it at 475' for 25 mins and after a hour was rare for 3 lbs. left another hour for medium. I did add alittle water to pan after an hour. Had to get a bigger roast this time to have left overs....

Reviewed: Oct. 12, 2009
I took these to a church covered dish and had nothing left.. I made then without a breadmachine, and cheated with the icing, just micrwaved a contaner of reading to go creamcheese icing and drizzled it over..Oh and i followed 1 readers advice and I melted the margarine and added the cinn and brownsugar to it, and then just spread that on the dough. Worked like a charm....
