Baked Apricot Chicken

I had a hard time believing this was going to be good, given the ingredients and simplicity. This was delish & my husband loved it too. I would even make this for company. It pared well with snap peas. Next time I will reduce the onion soup mix by 1/2. I'll also serve w/ a crusty bread to sop up the yummy juice. Thanks for posting.

Very Easy Mushroom Barley Soup

I am always looking for simple and tasty soups to have in winter. This fits the bill. I used various shrooms and extra carrot, onion & celery to finish them up. Very good!

Grilled Buffalo Wings

My husband and I just made these. Not that hot, but they have a slight lingering after-burn. Excellent! We will definately make these again. I will add a little more hot sause next time. Thanks for a great Superbowl snack.
