Indonesian Fried Rice
I thought this was pretty good. I did not have any kecap manis so I looked it up on line and made it from scratch. The dish will not blow you away but it did taste better than the last Indonesian fried rice I ordered in a restaurant.

Cheesy Noodle Casserole
This is excellent. My family loves it and request it frequently. I do recommend using jar garlic and shredded cheeses such as mexican, monterey jack, mozzarella, and mild cheddar. I also used Italian bread crumbs instead of plain but like I said "we love it".

My Best Clam Chowder
I tried this receipe and found it a bit bland. I should have swapped the water for the claim juice. To spice up the taste, I added soy bacon (vegetarian), fresh parsley, fresh cilantro, corn, cayenne, fresh bay leaves and the receipe was much better.
