Salsa Ninety Nine (Mild)

This was very very good. I did add juice from half a lemon, which made it a little better. I would have used lime, but I can't get that where I live. Thanks for this recipe!

This was very very good. We can't get horseradish in where we live, so I made it with a little extra brown mustard (with the yellow) that had dill and mustard seed in it. We used it at our son's birthday party and everyone loved it. Somebody was even using it for a chip dip. (-:

Quick Yeast Rolls

These were very good. I did everything the same except margarine instead of shortening because we don't have shortening where we live. After you mix in the flour, it really looks like it needs more. Don't add any. It doesn't need it. Just spoon the dough into the muffin tins and it comes out wonderfully light and fluffy. Thanks so much for this recipe.

Chai Tea Mix

Very good. I live in a country without instant tea, so i just add regular tea leaves after I blend the other ingredients. When I make it, I just strain the leaves out with a tea strainer. It's a little more trouble, but well worth it. The upside is that cardamom is much cheaper and easier to come by here. Very delicious!
