Best Brownies

really yummy! super quick to make too. I added a couple teaspoons of a powdered mocha latte mix which gave another great layer of flavor.

Lighter Banana Muffins

really yummy. I added a few handfuls of frozen blueberries to the mix. They looked and tasted great and its good knowing youre eating something thats somewhat healthy too. quick and EASY

PHILADELPHIA Vanilla Mousse Cheesecake

Made it for my dad for Fathers Day and he loved it. Couldnt believe it was homemade. I think this is a very forgiving recipe because even if it cracks in the oven you're going to cover it with the topping anyway. Also not too many ingredients make it affordable too.
