Pork Tenderloin with Creamy Herb Sauce

Reviewed: Feb. 3, 2011
yum, I use the sauce for roasts, chicken, pork chops, and I use fresh basil! Just change the beef bouillon to chicken and use accordingly!

Herb Roasted Pork Loin and Potatoes

Reviewed: Oct. 26, 2010
AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME! I used this with a beef roast too and turned out great! I add 16oz frozen green beans also. I cooked in the crock pot for a couple hours w/ pre boiled potatoes. To make a gravy I just took 1/4 cup heavy cream mixed with 2T corn starch and added all the juices from the crock pot and put on the stove to thicken. Delish!

Coconut Poke Cake

Reviewed: Oct. 26, 2010
ONLY FOR THE COCONUT LOVERS! I do not care fore coconut so I would personally give it about 3 stars but others who like coconut said it was to die for. Followed directions exactly except I also added a little coconut to the cake mix.

Stuffed and Wrapped Chicken Breast

Reviewed: Jun. 28, 2009
Awesome! We really loved this. Here are the changes I made: 2 chicken breast cut in half lengthwise to make thinner 4 slices bacon 1/4 t onion powder 1/2 t garlic powder 1/2 t salt 1/4 t pepper I kept the cream cheese and bell pepper the same. ****I have made this every week for dinner for the past 2 months and there are NEVER left overs! I even started making more so my husband can take it to lunch the next day.

Irish Chicken and Dumplings

Reviewed: Mar. 1, 2009
VERY good! Leftovers were just as good if not better! I might try in the slow cooker next time. I did have to boil the potatoes and carrots to get them cooked which I think took away some flavor from the dish. I added 3 cans of cream of chicken and used some chicken broth seasoning to boost the flav.

St. Louis Toasted Ravioli

Reviewed: Feb. 24, 2009
I thought these tasted great. I added a little ground beef to the sauce. Next time I will use less ravioli or more egg mixture cause it didn't seem to coat the Ravioli well enough to get them totally breaded. I also used a fry daddy and cooked them for about 2 1/2 minutes.

Sand Art Brownies

Reviewed: Feb. 24, 2009
These are RICH! They are the best brownies I've ever had! Very rich, cut them up small. I made them for Christmas gifts and kept one jar for me:) Made them up about 3 months later and the sugars were kinda hard but they still turned out wonderful. I tasted them right after being assembled in December and they were very fresh tasting.
