Yup. Perfect cookies. I realized half way thru the recipe that I didn't have molassis so I used dark corn syrup.

Pumpkin Cake II

very moist. I emptied one single serving size of applesauce into a 1/2 c measure cup and filled it the rest of the way with oil--still plenty moist. my husband said this was the best homemade cake he ever had and he usually only likes chocolate.

Bagels II

My Jewish husband loved these as did my VERY PICKY JEWISH FRIEND who is a bagel snob... I could tell she tasted a small bite of them just to see "how bad" they were... and ended up eating a whole big one saying they were "amazingly good"
