Authentic Louisiana Red Beans and Rice

Reviewed: Jul. 6, 2012
This recipe is awesome! I found it 3 weeks ago and have made it three times now! I oped the cajun and the cayenne and it was still great! Our family likes it a little hot so it was perfect! I have used regular smoked sausage and andouille and they both are great! Thanks for a great recipe!!

Veronica's Hot Spinach, Artichoke and Chile Dip

Reviewed: Dec. 27, 2010
This was unbelieveable! I have made many different types of spinach artichoke and this was by far the best. I used fresh jalapenos and added chopped water chestnuts cause my family loves those too. I also subbed sour cream for the mayo and it was fab! I also added a cup of Mozz chesse and it made it even creamier! THanks for a great recipe!

Sausage Stuffed Jalapenos

Reviewed: Oct. 17, 2010
This recipe is amazing!!! Made it for a football game yesterday and it is so good that I am making again today!! I added some crushed red pepper to kick up the cheese mixture some more, and left some of the seeds on the jalapenos, since we like it hot! I loved these! Thanks for an awesome recipe! THis is a keeper!

This was awesome! I already have a husband, and if i continue to cook like this, I will definetly keep him! :) This was a great recipe. I made it pretty much as the recipe stated, I just didn't have a green pepper. Next time I will try it with the green pepper. This was delicious!

Chicken Breasts with Balsamic Vinegar and Garlic

Reviewed: Mar. 18, 2008
AWESOME!! This recipes was wonderful. I used to make a similar recipe with red wine, but now we will probably always use Balsamic Vinegar. The taste was really aswesome! I used more chicken broth and then put some cornstarch in at the end to thicken the sauce up a little bit and it was wonderful over the chicken and white rice. We can't wait to have it again!

This recipe was AWESOME!!!! My whole family could not get enough of it! This is the second time I am making it, so I had to leave a review this time. I did like some of the others and cut the oil in half and did not miss it at all. This was so tasty!! I would love to try this same marinade with chicken wings or maybe a whole ham, etc. Thanks!! SO TASTY!!!!!!!!!!!! YUMMMMMMM!
