Very tasty. I used olive oil and fat free half and half. I also cooked some turkey bacon along with the leeks and garlic.

Chicken Tagine

Reviewed: Apr. 28, 2010
This was very tasty. I didn't have apricots, so used prunes instead. I didn't do anything with the chicken breasts or eggplant beforehand -- just put them in the crockpot uncooked like everything else.

Thai Green Curry Chicken

Reviewed: Apr. 18, 2010
Fantastic. I've made this with both chicken and fish. Vary the amount of curry sauce to control the spice level.

Good -- my brother had seconds, even though he thought he hated tofu.

Really good. I used a hand mixer rather than putting it in a blender.

I used feta cheese and substituted fat free half and half for the cream. It was really tasty. Next time I'll try with blue cheese.

Italian Sausage, Peppers, and Onions

Reviewed: Apr. 26, 2008
This wasn't as tasty as I hoped it would be (perhaps I should have used spicy sausage). I sprinkled some balsamic vinegar on while eating, and that gave it a bit more flavor.

BBQ Chicken Pizza

Reviewed: Apr. 16, 2008
Delicious. This is much better than the frozen kind, and much cheaper. I coated the chicken with BBQ sauce before putting it on the pizza, which added to the BBQ taste.

This was really good. I used low-fat cottage cheese and low-fat sour cream. I added the 1/2 cup milk, plus 2 pieces of bacon, a cup of frozen peas, and a teaspoon of mustard.

Tzatziki Sauce II

Reviewed: Apr. 11, 2008
Delicious. We had this with Sean's Falafel. I only drained the yogurt for about an hour (in a coffee filter) and the sauce wasn't runny at all.

Sean's Falafel and Cucumber Sauce

Reviewed: Apr. 4, 2008
These were great! I used a sauce with mint, but loved the falafel. I baked them at 425 for about half an hour and they were crispy on the outside, soft on the inside.

Peppy's Pita Bread

Reviewed: Mar. 26, 2008
These were really good! I added about 1 tsp garlic powder. I used the stovetop method and had a bit of trouble keeping the level of heat even (electric stove), but they all seemed to turn out well.
