I am a 40 something mom with 2 kids and 2 home-based businesses between my husband and me. I have always been very focussed on cooking natural home-grown meat, eggs and vegetables, but have had to make some changes in the last two years due discovering my own gluten intolerence and my son's dairy intolerence. It has been a truly amazing journey.
My favorite things to cook
My family's favorite cooking would have to be any kind of roasted meat. Chicken, beef, lamb, pork, either ourselves or a neighbour raise it all. Brown rice, potatoes, soups and stews are big for us. I also use the crock pot alot!
