Yummy, nice sweet and sour with a kick! Sauce was pretty runny though, would have preferred a thicker sauce.

Yum! I did substute sour cream/milk for the coconut milk as that's what I had on hand. Also misread and almost put 2 TBSP cayenne in! Stopped at almost one and it was pretty hot!

My changes were 1/2 a spaghetti squash instead of zucchini, and swiss instead of Colby. It was fantastic, we both went back for seconds, and will make this often!

A winner! We have tons of ground game meat every year and I constantly look for inventive ideas. Hubby is a big meat & potato fan and this is perfect. Cooked a side of peas that complimented well.

FANTASTIC! I always sub Cream of Mushroom for Chicken as I have on hand, and generally spice with garlic, onion etc as I go. The method and results were great. I threw everything in the processer to evenly chop, and stuff the shells uncooked. Hubby loved it!

Pretty good! I added a tsp of balsamic and reduced the ketchup (personal dislike of ketchup). Could have used minced garlic added as well. Hubby says to keep this on file!

My favorite way to use all the deer roasts in my freezer. No game taste, great on potato or rice or in sandwiches. We make this least every 2 weeks during hunting season!

Really great, but definately needs to meld flavours overnight or all you can taste is tomato soup. Good fibre and so easy to make.

Excellent! Made this with Multi-Grain flour and added about 2 tbsp of brown sugar to the Splenda I used based on other comments. Not too sweet, a bit saltly and makes the house smell wonderful!
