Chicken Piccata with Angel Hair Pasta

Chicken Suiza Cornbread Bake

My husband loved this and ate almost the entire thing so it gets 5 stars. I didn't care for it so much. I thought it was overly sweet, soggy and way too rich. A few changes I made; I used one egg, 1/2 an onion instead of a whole one, I used regular sour cream and omitted the shrooms. Thank you for the recipe on behalf of my husband. Does it even matter that I didn't like it? nope.

Good New Orleans Creole Gumbo

Good Gumbo recipe. My husband loved it. I halved the recipe since it's just the two of us. Since the ingredient list is extensive and expensive to buy in one trip to the grocery store, I bought a few things on each shopping trip over the course of a few weeks. Thank you for the recipe, I will make it again.

Black and White Cookies I

I liked the consistency of these cookies, but I didn't think the overall taste was that great. I will try them again and add more lemon extract and probably a bit more sugar next time. I like the lemon flavor in Black & White cookies and I didn't really taste any in these.

Pakistani Lentil Curry

These lentils came out super tasty. I didn't use red lentils and I halfed the recipe, incorporated it with the Vegetable Curry recipe from this site and served over rice with the naan recipe also from this site. It was delicious! Thank you.

Beaker's Vegetable Barley Soup

This is delicious. I have made this several times already. After the first time, it was a touch too peppery for my taste, so I started making it with less pepper. I also started making only half the recipe, as the full recipe makes ALOT of soup for two people.

Master Pizza Dough

I have made this several times and it's very good pizza dough and easy to make. I used 1 Tbsp. Veg oil and 1 Tbsp Olive oil. I don't seem to have much luck with the regular yeast, so I use the rapid rise and it works great.

Seafood Cioppino

This was absolutely delicious!! I would give this more stars. I didn't have a red chile pepper so I used a small amount of red pepper flakes instead. I used shrimp, scallops and Talapia, instead of Cod, as recommended by another reviewer. It was even better the next day. I will make this again and this will be great for my dinner party! Thank you for the great recipe!

Creamy Tuna Noodle Casserole

This was super good. Beware - this makes a vat of tuna casserole! After 5 large helpings between my husband and I, we still had enough left over to feed the neighbors - All of them. Not that I did, I'm just sayin'. I will make half the recipe next time and full recipe for pot lucks. CHANGES: I used about 15 Ritz crackers and I added cheese under the cracker/butter combo. Super Yum- Thanks!

Excellent butter cookie recipe! I used the Sugar Cookie frosting from this site for the frosting and the cookies were a hit. I made these for a Christmas cookie swap and topped with crushed candy canes. I will make these again. Thank you!

Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes

Oh my, these are YUMMY! My husband and I polished off almost an entire pan. I considered omitting the onions because I really don't like cooked onions. But I wanted the flavor. I'm glad I left them in, they cooked up so soft I couldn't even tell they were in there, but I could taste them. Did I mention these were delicious? Thank you!

Japanese Ginger Salad Dressing

I agree with the other reviews, way less olive oil. Start out with way less Soy sauce also. If I was going to try to make this recipe again, I would start out like I was making salad dressing for one and add more ingredients bit by bit. I over-soy sauced right out of the gait and had to throw it all away.

Simple Scones

Although I didn't find these that simple to make with the grating of the butter and working it in with my hands and all, it was a bit messy. But the deliciousness made up for any personal complaints (laziness) I can make about preparing them. I left out the raisins. It went great with the Easy Devonshire Cream recipe from this site and rasberry preserves, so yummy! Thanks for the recipe.
