Colorful Spinach and Prosciutto Side

Reviewed: Jul. 7, 2008
I love this as a side dish. Matter of fact, it could almost be a meal...it's so hearty. My husband loves it. It's easy to make and delicious so 5 stars are definitely deserved. :)

Kicky Steak Strips with Rice

Reviewed: Jun. 28, 2008
The steak turned out great...but there wasn't any gravy left over when you put it over the rice. I ended up having to make a brown mushroom gravy to pour over it.

Filet Mignon with Rich Balsamic Glaze

Reviewed: Jun. 25, 2008
I made this for me and hubby and loved it. I don't know if there is a difference between balsamic vinegar and distilled vinegar, but I used distilled and it still came out great. It wasn't a glaze...more like a sauce...but it was still yummy. Would try this recipe again. :)

Easy Baked Tilapia

Reviewed: Mar. 17, 2008
Loved it, loved it. Simple and healthy. Never seen the kids gobble up fish that fast. LOL I actually never liked tilapia, but the seasonings made it just right. (I used lemmon pepper seasoning instead of Old Bay) and I love the way the veggies were crisp after steaming with the fish for a half hour. Yummy!!

Italian Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 9, 2008
Great flavor! The family loved it and it was quick and easy. I seasoned my chicken first with Old Bay Lemon & Herb, placed it in a pan and poured on Zesty Italian dressing. I then placed the pan in the fridge for about an hour to let the chicken marinate. Then baked it at 375 for 30 mins, but the chicken still wasn't cooked through so I bumped the time up to 400 for another 10 mins and it was done. I would definitely recommend this recipe.

Glazed Chicken Wings

Reviewed: Feb. 1, 2008
I've been using this website for years because I love to try new recipes. I wanted to do a simple chicken wing dinner, but didn't want anything spicy. I saw this recipe and decided to give it a try. I followed it exactly except I took in account some of the other reviews and used a little less soy sauce. I had about 17 wings and used about 1/2 cup soy, 3/4 cup honey, and 3/4 cup original flavor bbq sauce. I seasoned the wings with Old Bay Lemon & Herb, Garlic Powder, and Pepper and it turned out delicious. The kids and hubby gobbled it up. There was barely enough for seconds! I highly recommend this recipe. :)
